Approved documents post themselves

When a document is approved, Ketryx posts the signed PDF to your configured folder. Re-approval updates the same SharePoint file in place, retaining its SharePoint version history instead of accumulating duplicates.

Folders that follow your eDMS

Each project sets its own targets within the connected site: release and milestone documents organized by project, version, and milestone, and controlled documents mirroring their Ketryx eDMS folder chain. Move or rename a folder in Ketryx and SharePoint follows, with the history of affected files intact.

Posting state you can read at a glance

Every release and controlled eDMS document page shows its posting state: not yet posted, queued or running, synced with the time of the most recent post, or failed, with an option to retry. The state tracks the latest controlled revision, so a newly regenerated document reads as not posted until its own post completes.

Requirements, risks, and tests stay mapped in a live traceability matrix that updates as your team works. Ketryx AI Agents surface broken and missing links, recommend risk controls, and close coverage gaps while there's still time to fix them.
