IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON AI TECHNOLOGY

Ketryx’s AI Tools employ language models licensed from vendors (“AI Vendor”), including OpenAI. It's crucial to understand that none of the data processed by these AI Vendors is used to enhance the products of the AI Vendors. Ketryx only uses AI Vendors via zero data retention endpoints. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON OUR AI TOOLS

Although not the primary purpose or intended use, personal data may be included within the documents uploaded to our AI Tools. In these instances, we assume the role of a data controller for your personal data during its processing within our AI Tools, while AI Vendor functions as a data processor. We have established a formal agreement with AI Vendors including OpenAI to ensure the robust protection of your personal data. Ketryx employees are trained to handle personal data in strict accordance with the GDPR and our various data protection policies.

DATA PRIVACY OF AI VENDORS’ SERVICES 

AI Vendors, including OpenAI, are restricted through a zero-data retention endpoint from storing and using the data processed by Ketryx’s AI Tools for training. This ensures that your data remains secure and exclusively accessible by us. CONFIDENTIAL DATA

In some cases, confidential data may be processed while using the AI Tools. Our employees adhere to the highest standards of confidentiality and receive thorough training and internal policies to guarantee compliance. Access to your confidential data is strictly limited to authorized personnel within Ketryx and our processors.

We have implemented stringent measures to mitigate the use of your confidential data in the AI Tools if you have explicitly prohibited the use of AI or language models in the provision of services to you. Furthermore, if you request that we seek your approval before utilizing your confidential data with the AI Tools, we will fully respect and adhere to such a request to the greatest extent possible.

DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

We retain your personal data only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this notice and to comply with legal obligations. When your personal data is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymize it. Our legal agreement with OpenAI and other AI Vendors specifies no access, no training, and no retention.
