Job Description

This is a full-time position for an exceptional marketing talent promoting a software product that helps increase medical innovation and improve patient outcomes. Our focus is on increasing safety and shaping the future of software development for medical devices and other regulated sectors such as medicine, biotech, and life sciences.

The Director of Marketing will work closely with the CEO and commercial team to build and execute our messaging and positioning marketing strategy on a daily basis. They will increase our platform’s exposure to the general market, where it can continue to help more companies develop fast and stay compliant as they build life-changing products. Location: Greater Boston Area preferred; hybrid options possible.

About You
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in marketing

  • You have built marketing initiatives and infrastructures

  • You have marketed software products and developed annual marketing plans to attract new customers

  • You have experience in thought leadership and product messaging, content development, and sales enablement

  • You are comfortable working with a design team to build marketing campaigns and materials 

About the Role
  • Build and lead a marketing organization from the ground up

  • Develop and execute an annual marketing plan for high ASP revolutionary products

  • Create go-to-market programs for new offerings for various industries

  • Gain a deep understanding of buyer needs and how Ketryx meets those needs

  • Develop product messaging to be used across all media and customer engagement channels

  • Empower sales to communicate our products effectively to prospective customers

  • Launch and send marketing initiatives

  • Build product awareness through PR, article placements, and social media

  • Proactively identify customer success and bring those stories to life for use in marketing

  • Create content (thought leadership, website copy, blog posts, infographics) with the design team to illustrate Ketryx’s solution to the marketplace

  • Create and maintain a library of sales tools, such as customer presentations and competitive materials
