Job Description

As the Chief of Staff, your primary responsibilities will be to support the CEO and executive team in driving the company's strategic priorities and initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring that the company's operations are aligned with its long-term objectives and that key performance indicators (KPIs) are tracked and achieved with its staff.

About You
  • Have strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills

  • Management consulting background a plus

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Have a deep understanding of the software industry and HR regulation as you build a growing startup’s larger HR infrastructure

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Be comfortable managing multiple priorities

About the Role
  • Execution: Take an active role in executing the company's commercial and R&D strategy. This could involve anything from creating marketing plans, supporting customers, and developing new product features.

  • Strategy and Planning: Work closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic plan. This will involve analyzing market trends, assessing competitive threats and opportunities, and identifying potential growth areas for the company.

  • Communication and Coordination: Act as a key liaison between the CEO and other members of the executive team, ensuring that there is effective communication and coordination across different departments and functions. You will be responsible for managing information flow within the company and ensuring that key stakeholders are kept informed of important developments.

  • Project Management: Manage key projects on behalf of the CEO and executive team, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget. This will involve working closely with other members of the team to identify project requirements, allocate resources, and monitor progress.

  • Special Initiatives: Support the CEO and executive team on special initiatives as needed. This may include participating in M&A due diligence, leading cross-functional teams, or representing the company in external meetings and events.
