Quality Assurance/Test Lead

This is a QA position within an international, growing, and agile development team where you'll be working closely with the quality, development, and product management team.
B.Sc. degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years experience as a software tester with web platforms
Good problem-solving, solid analytical and communication skills
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases
Familiarity with agile frameworks and regression testing desired
Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes is a big plus
Self-starter owner attitude with enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Be highly adaptable, a self-starter, and have great attention to details
About the Role
Experience with test automation tools (Playwright, Cucumber, Jest) is a plus
Experience with test case management tools (ALM) a plus
Working closely with the project team to create test cases, design test plans, and automate test cases for the verification of product functionality
Automating tests using modern tools (Playwright, Cucumber, Jest)
Managing and tracking bugs and enhancements (via Jira and other applicable tools)
Reporting bugs and errors to the development team and other stakeholders
Performing ad hoc and exploratory tests
Measuring and reporting test coverage across all applicable coverage dimensions
Contribute to establishing QA processes and their documentation
